         By participating, one has the opportunity to win the prizes mentioned on the website (www.muehle-glashuette.de/show-your-muehle-watch-in-action).

         To enter the contest, submit a photo showing a Mühle watch in action at contest@muehle-glashuette.de or submit your own Instragram photo in conjunction with the campaign hashtag #showyourmuehlewatchinaction. Prizes will be drawn from all participants. Participation takes place by fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the post.

         The action starts after publication of the post and ends with the date mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/muehle_glashuette).

         Participation is free and open to any natural person. For underage participants, Mühle-Glashütte requires the consent of the parent or guardian. Participation requires the truthful provision of the data relevant to participation. Contest clubs and automated contest services are not eligible to participate. Please enter only once. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning, as they will be filtered and blocked from the draw.

         Mühle-Glashütte is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these terms and conditions, double or multiple entries, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Mühle-Glashütte and the participating companies as well as their relatives may not participate in this contest. The legal process is excluded.

         The winners will be determined by Mühle-Glashütte from all participants in an independent drawing on 12.09.2023.

         The winner will be notified by sending a private message to the Instagram user informing them of the win, alternatively if submitted by email the winner will be notified by email. The winner will then provide Mühle-Glashütte with their address and contact details as a private message via the corresponding function on Mühle-Glashütte’s Instagram page or by sending an email to contest@muehle-glashuette.de.

   1. 1. How do I receive my prize?With the prize notification, the winner is requested to provide Mühle-Glashütte with the contact details provided for sending the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.

What happens if I do not contact you after I have been notified of my win?If a winner does not contact Mühle-Glashütte within 2 days of being notified of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Mühle-Glashütte with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.

         Mühle-Glashütte reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Mühle-Glashütte will only make use of this possibility if for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. Mühle-Glashütte is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by equivalent prizes.

         Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority. Mühle-Glashütte stores and uses the data collected exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest. After the contest has ended, all data will be deleted.

      Cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. Mühle-Glashütte reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
