The new corona virus has been spreading around the world since December 2019 – and the effects of the pandemic are also increasingly noticeable in our home Glashütte. To contain the virus, we also take protective measures and, for example, events are canceled or schools are closed.
Please note: Due to the protective measures to contain the coronavirus, manufactory tours cannot take place in our house until further notice. In addition, Mühle dealers have to close their shops. After the pandemic has subsided, they are particularly looking forward to a visit and will be happy to provide all Mühle fans with advice, action and the best service.
At Nautische Instrumente Mühle-Glashütte, we expressly support the necessary protective measures and have prepared ourselves as best as possible to protect the health of our employees and at the same time remain accessible to you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our timepieces and services. However, we ask for your understanding if we sometimes need a little more time to process your inquiries than usual.
You have various options, if you would like to have your Mühle watch professionally serviced. For example, you are welcome to bring your watch directly to our manufactory or send it to us by post with the note “Service”. Please contact us in advance if you would like a service in our manufactory in Glashütte. We will be happy to provide you with more information about our services, the safe shipping of your Mühle watch and send you a return slip. In addition, you can contact a Mühle retailer in your area. They will not only give you competent advice, there you can also hand in your watch for an inspection conveniently and easily.
