If you are not satisfied with your products or want to return them for other reasons, you can return them within 14 days even without giving any reason. You can communicate the return easily and without any formalities by phone or e-mail.

Your return

Our team will then coordinate the uncomplicated return with you and send you a DHL return slip for the insured, cost-free return. You then hand in the packaged parcel at a nearby post office or packing station. In this way, the watch will be returned safely to us in Glashütte. In order to process the return as quickly as possible, please enclose our return form with the shipment.

Once the watch has arrived at our manufactory in Glashütte, you will receive a brief confirmation by e-mail. Our watchmakers will then examine the returned watch so that the return can be finalized and processed. You can find detailed information about your right of withdrawal here.

Exclusion of revocation

However, the revocation may be excluded in some exceptional cases. If we adapt prefabricated goods exactly to your needs (e.g. the engraving of a piece of jewelry) or make custom-made items, there is no right of withdrawal.

Please contact us in advance if you would like a service in our factory in Glashütte. We will be happy to provide you with more information about our services, the safe shipping of your Mühle watch and send you a return slip. In addition, you can contact a Mühle specialist dealer in your area. They will not only give you competent advice, there you can also hand in your watch for an inspection conveniently and easily.
