Grid connection of the new solar system

Unfortunately, we will not be available on August 26, 2022. Because this Friday, our new photovoltaic system will be connected to the power grid. We are very sorry if this causes any inconvenience and we ask for your understanding.

As a family business, we take our responsibility for the Glashütte site very seriously and are constantly investing in the expansion of our production. This year, for example, the installation of a photovoltaic system to generate environmentally friendly energy was on the agenda.

Particularly environmentally friendly and sustainable

The scaffolding that was erected on the facade of our manufactory a good two weeks ago is still standing. It serves as security for the installers of our new solar system. The solar panels that have just been installed take up almost the entire roof of our manufactory. This means that we can now cover a large part of our electricity needs – in a particularly sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

Unfortunately we are temporarily unavailable

On Friday, August 26, 2022, the photovoltaic system will be connected to the power grid. To do this, all previous systems have to be disconnected from the network in the meantime – from the time balances of our watchmakers to the doorbell and the servers that control our e-mail traffic and the telephone system.

Therefore we are temporarily unavailable. We are very sorry if this causes any inconvenience. From Monday, August 29, 2022, we will be there for you again as usual from 8:00 a.m.

You have various options, if you would like to have your Mühle watch professionally serviced. For example, you are welcome to bring your watch directly to our factory or send it to us by post with the note “Service”. Please contact us in advance if you would like a service in our factory in Glashütte. We will be happy to provide you with more information about our services, the safe shipping of your Mühle watch and send you a return slip. In addition, you can contact a Mühle specialist dealer in your area. They will not only give you competent advice, there you can also hand in your watch for an inspection conveniently and easily.

Where can I find technical details for my Mühle wristwatch?

The most important technical information on watches in our current collection can be found on our website by visiting the “Wristwatches” page and selecting your collection and model. Technical details for your model can also be found in the instruction manual for your watch. If you have any further questions, especially regarding older models, please feel free to contact us.
